Throughout the universe, there is a shift happening. Is it climate change? No, the climate is changing all the time. The weather is messed up from geoengineering.
No, what I am talking about are millions of humans around the planet who have decided that they do not wish to be inoculated like a dog.
Women and Chocolate go hand in hand. Over the years I always had women all around me which means I better have some chocolate around.
Do you think I am kidding?
No, I am not.

As I have shared with you in a previous blog post, we all self-medicate.
Since we all agree on this, here are three specific chemicals that I will never put in my body:

LSD
PEYOTE
There are chemicals and drugs that once you put inside of your body, you will be forever changed, so please use some discernment. If you don’t know what you are taking came from, then don’t do it. My brain and body have thanked me over the years for the drugs I haven’t taken. My observation? A lot of people who use these chemicals in their youth are suffering from a very compromised brain.

It has been my personal experience that you can spot a person who lives in gratitude. As my dear friend used to ask: “Are you bragging or are you complaining?”
Living a life of gratitude means that you see the glass as half full.
Living a life in gratitude means that you appreciate simple things.
Do you have a roof over your head?
Do you have a stomach full of food?
Do you have a little cash in your pocket?
Do you have a little money in the bank?
Well, guess what, dear reader?
OMG, do you know what?
You are doing better than most people.
A fundamental lesson that I learned in 1994:
The process is the journey.

You can’t change your past.
You can’t predict the future.
All you can do is be here now.
This blog post was supposed to be online yesterday, and so many people were texting, emailing, and calling me it never happened, LOL.
It is what it is.
There is no privacy anymore, so if you cannot be an authentic person and speak the truth 100% of the time, please don’t read blogs like this because your cognitive dissonance is too strong.
Most likely, you are living in a world of Normalcy Bias.
What is that?
Normalcy Bias is when you think that the world you live in will remain the same.
Guess what?
It won’t

One of the fascinating characters that I have studied throughout my life is Edward Bernays. If you don’t know his work, he is considered by many to be the Godfather of Public Relations.
If you look deeper at his background, you will also discover that he was the nephew of Sigmund Freud, the modern Father of Psychiatry.
Edward Bernays learned a lot watching his Uncle Freud, and back in 1928, he wrote the definitive book “Propaganda.”

This has truly been a strange day. I’ve attempted to post this blog posting since early this morning and events are happening so quickly that I didn’t even have time to write my usual commentary.
So that I can honor my promise to my Executive Producer and God, here is a little audio clip. A very dear long-distance friend sent this to me and I had to share it with you.
The reason I write every day is that I have to. Writing is in my DNA. While I have spent a good portion of my professional life in a radio or music studio, it’s the writing that motivates me to get up in the morning.
Over the years, I have left a remnant of my former self as I find old blogs and websites that were once live.
Here are three quick things to do if you are feeling stuck:
One). Write about what you love.
Two). Don’t worry about how many followers you have.
Three). Consider publishing a “soft launch.” (What is a soft launch? It is where You launch your web or blog site without being picked up by search engines.

The most common statement that I hear so many people say is: “I don’t know what to believe any more.” It makes sense to me that people feel that way.
America as we all know is in huge transition. We can either see America’s best days ahead of us or we can see America as only Empire and gasping for it’s last breath.
When I see horse manure I know there is a pony nearby.
Right now I see great opportunity for America because while we have not been a Constitutional Republic since 1871, our DNA is totally different than Europe.
As Americans, there is only one way that we can move forward.
Do you know what it is?
Answer: We got this!
We are all exactly where we are supposed to be. So make yourself a French Press, Pour Yourself a Cold One, or just Smoke Out.
Why?
Answer: It is what it is. Systems will fall and as Americans we won’t fall because we have an original DNA that is different than Mother England.
